Is this another case-management system?

No. NiCE and Axon Justice manage records. Prosecutor IQ is beyond them. It started with parsing, extraction, and organization, the use of AI this work needs, and carries that through analysis and drafts. A prosecutor's judgment is the last word. Management is the cabinet. This is the work beyond it: the work of one or more full-time prosecutors, not another system of record.

Does the office review less, because a model did a pass?

No. The office reviews the work product, and that review is the decision. The system takes the mechanical pass — reading, extracting, organizing, drafting — so prosecutors spend their time on judgment, strategy, and the courtroom. The result is a more complete record, not a thinner one.

Information automation to elevated evidence.

ProsecutorIQ is a work tool for licensed prosecutors, not intended to replace them, but to augment their powers. The agents cite every fact to the record, so you can open the page, the quote, or the moment before you rely on it. When someone edits machine text, the original is kept, so the office can see what changed.

Can we upload material that has not been disclosed?

Yes. That is a normal use. Offices put files in while a case is still being weighed, before anything goes to the defense or the public. Files sit in private storage, encrypted, and only that office's users can open them.

Is the case file used to train a model?

No. Processing happens in the Prosecutor IQ Google Cloud project in the United States, to produce the office's work product. Case content is not used to train or improve an AI model.

How is a year set?

The rate is set from the total cases in the past 12 months. That count estimates the upcoming 12 months. The contract is one year. Axon routinely insists on five or ten. There is no onboarding fee. Axon and other contracts add a $15,000 minimum.

Who is it for?

Assistant prosecutors who are done spending the week on tedious file work, and elected prosecutors who need that capacity in the office they already have.
