ABOUT

Built from the caseload, not from a feature list.

Former prosecutors and engineers. The future of how an office works a case.

Why this exists

A case file used to be paper. Now it arrives as everything at once: reports, recordings, photographs, discovery, and a deadline. The prosecutors who should be trying cases spend the week sorting it. Prosecutor IQ does that work. A prosecutor in the office still makes the decision.

Not a management system

NiCE manages records. Axon Justice manages records. Prosecutor IQ is not a competitor to either, and it is not in their line of work. Management stores the case. ProsecutorIQ does the work of the case. It is the work you would hire one or more full-time prosecutors to do.

The team

The company was founded by former prosecutors and technologists. The legal side has tried violent crime, sexual assault, fraud, public corruption, and drug cases. They did not start with a dashboard and then ask an office what it needed. They started from the docket, the discovery obligation, and the courtroom, and built with engineers who ship AI systems. The product thinks in charging decisions and trial preparation.

What we believe

AI is at its best on extraction, organization, and analysis. It is the wrong tool for the decision. Prosecutor IQ drafts. It does not charge, argue, disclose, or contact a witness. It does not alter a source file. The last word on every decision is a prosecutor in your office. That is the whole design.
